WAFORA products must be used:
- For their intended purpose
- In accordance with the provided instructions

Do not use a product when it appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or unsafe. Stop using the product and contact WAFORA if you identify a possible safety issue.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency available for the customer’s selected market or location.
Before an order is submitted, checkout will display the applicable:
- Product price
- Discounts
- Shipping charges
- Taxes collected by WAFORA
- Final order total
Prices may change at any time before an order is completed. A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
Currency conversions may be provided by Shopify, a payment provider, or another service. The final amount charged may be affected by:
- The selected currency
- The payment provider’s conversion rate
- The customer’s bank
- Foreign-transaction fees
- Card-issuer policies
WAFORA does not control fees independently charged by a customer’s bank or payment provider.
If a product or order is displayed with an obvious pricing, currency, tax, discount, or technical error, we may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel it and issue a refund.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes must be entered during checkout.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions may apply only to selected products, markets, or customers.
- Promotions may have a defined expiration date.
- Free-shipping offers may exclude certain locations or products.
- Discounts may not apply to taxes, shipping, gift cards, or previous purchases.
- Promotional availability may be limited.
We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, unauthorized distribution, or a clear technical error.
We will not use these conditions to remove rights already acquired under a valid completed purchase.
9. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
After submission, you may receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that the order was received. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when WAFORA sends an order confirmation, confirms fulfilment, or dispatches the order, depending on the transaction process and applicable law.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch when reasonably necessary, including when:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorized.
- Information appears incomplete or inaccurate.
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
- The delivery address is unsupported.
- The order violates purchase limits.
- A material pricing or technical error occurred.
- The product cannot legally be supplied to the destination.
- Fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
When we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, address, or order when reasonably necessary to prevent resale abuse, fraud, stock shortages, or disruption to other customers.
10. Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete:
- Name
- Billing information
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Payment information
- Other information reasonably required to process the order
You are responsible for checking your order and delivery information before submitting payment.
Contact us immediately when a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address, product, quantity, or variant can be changed after fulfilment begins.
WAFORA is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Payment
Payment must be completed using a payment method made available during checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, banks, card networks, digital-wallet providers, or other third-party payment processors.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information is accurate.
- You authorize the applicable charges for the order.
- You will not knowingly submit an unauthorized payment or fraudulent dispute.
WAFORA does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
Payment authorization may be subject to verification, fraud-prevention checks, or approval by the payment provider.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched through our network of trusted logistics partners. Depending on product availability and the customer’s destination, orders may be fulfilled from logistics facilities located in different countries to support efficient delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as:
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect addresses
- Transportation interruptions
- Local delivery restrictions
- Events outside WAFORA’s reasonable control
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable address and cooperating with reasonable carrier or customs requirements.
Orders may be delivered in separate packages without an additional shipping charge unless another charge was clearly disclosed before purchase.
13. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to destination-country customs procedures, import requirements, duties, or taxes.
Where WAFORA collects taxes or duties during checkout, the amount will be included in the order total.
Where charges are not collected by WAFORA, local authorities or delivery providers may require payment from the recipient. Such charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance.
We will not misrepresent the value, contents, or commercial nature of a shipment.
14. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting contact@wafora.com as soon as possible after ordering.
We will attempt to cancel an order before fulfilment or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
If an order cannot be cancelled before dispatch, the customer may request a return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
This section does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
WAFORA accepts eligible:
- Defective product returns
- Non-defective product returns
- Exchanges
Approved returns are free when the customer follows the return method and instructions provided by WAFORA.
There is no standard restocking fee for approved returns.
Customers must contact us before returning a product. The return destination may differ from WAFORA’s business address and from the address shown on the original package.
Refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days after an approved returned product is received and inspected.
Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and contains the complete return requirements, exclusions, and procedures.
16. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Customers may have statutory rights to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase.
For eligible European Union and European Economic Area transactions, the statutory withdrawal period is generally at least 14 days from delivery, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
WAFORA’s voluntary 30-day return period is intended to provide eligible customers with a period that is at least as favourable as the applicable minimum withdrawal period.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, customers should send a clear statement to contact@wafora.com before the applicable deadline.
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory statutory withdrawal right.
17. Defective Products and Legal Guarantees
Products must conform to the contract, product description, and applicable legal requirements.
The 30-day return period does not replace legal rights relating to products that are:
- Defective
- Unsafe
- Damaged before delivery
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Not as described
- Otherwise non-conforming
Depending on applicable law, customers may be entitled to remedies including:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Price reduction
- Refund
Mandatory legal guarantee rights continue for the period required by applicable law, even after WAFORA’s voluntary 30-day return period has ended.
18. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for goods transfers according to applicable consumer law.
For consumer deliveries, WAFORA remains responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where the customer independently arranges a carrier not offered by WAFORA and applicable law provides otherwise.
Ownership of products transfers only after full payment has been received, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Customer Accounts
Some website features may allow customers to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Restricting access to your device
- Providing current account information
- Informing us of suspected unauthorized access
We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risks, repeated policy violations, or unlawful activity.
Closing an account does not remove payment obligations or rights connected with previous orders.
20. Reviews, Comments and Submitted Content
When you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:
- The content reflects your genuine experience or opinion.
- You have the right to submit it.
- It does not violate another person’s rights.
- It is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, or abusive.
- It does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising.
- Any relevant incentive or relationship has been disclosed.
You retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting content for public display, you grant WAFORA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, translate, and use that content for operating and promoting WAFORA, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.
We will not knowingly create, purchase, or present fake customer reviews.
21. Intellectual Property
The WAFORA website and its content—including logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product-page layouts, icons, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to WAFORA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit WAFORA content without prior written permission.
References to third-party names, products, or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless clearly stated.
22. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:
- Shopify
- Payment providers
- Shipping carriers
- Tracking services
- Social-media platforms
- Analytics providers
- Advertising services
- Customer-support tools
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
WAFORA is not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or practices of a third-party website that we do not control.
This does not exclude responsibility for third parties acting directly on our behalf where such responsibility applies under law.
23. Privacy and Cookies
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our website may use essential, analytics, personalization, and advertising technologies. Where legally required, non-essential technologies will be used only after appropriate consent.
Customers can manage available privacy and cookie preferences through the controls provided on the website.
24. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend website functionality for:
- Maintenance
- Security updates
- Technical problems
- Service-provider interruptions
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Events outside our reasonable control
We may update products, features, content, or website functionality without notice, provided that doing so does not improperly alter an already accepted order or remove mandatory rights.
25. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Every product will always remain available.
- Website content will be free from minor typographical or technical errors.
- Products will be suitable for a purpose that was not communicated to and accepted by WAFORA.
This section does not exclude:
- Mandatory product conformity obligations
- Legal guarantees
- Product-safety obligations
- Liability for fraud
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be excluded
- Any consumer right that cannot legally be waived
26. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Subject to that restriction, WAFORA is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
WAFORA is not responsible for losses caused solely by:
- Customer misuse
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Unauthorized product alteration
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer
- Events outside our reasonable control
- Independent third-party services not acting on our behalf
For customers purchasing for business purposes, additional limitations may apply to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations do not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.
27. Indemnification for Unlawful Use
To the extent permitted by law, a person using the website for fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or intentionally harmful purposes may be responsible for reasonable losses caused by that conduct.
This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer complaints, good-faith reviews, statutory claims, payment disputes made in good faith, or the lawful exercise of consumer rights.
28. Events Outside Reasonable Control
WAFORA will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- War or civil disturbance
- Government restrictions
- Widespread transport disruption
- Customs interruption
- Labour disputes
- Major telecommunications failures
- Cyberattacks
- Public-health emergencies
- Carrier network disruption
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material delays where appropriate.
Mandatory rights relating to non-delivery, cancellation, or refunds remain unaffected.

Please provide:
- Your full name
- Order number

We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
Customers retain the right to contact an applicable consumer-protection authority, court, or dispute-resolution body.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without removing any mandatory consumer protection provided by the laws of the country in which an eligible customer normally resides.
A consumer may bring a claim before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights or accept a jurisdiction clause that is not legally binding.
31. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
32. No Waiver
If WAFORA does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we permanently waive the right to enforce it.
Any waiver must be clear and apply only to the specific circumstances for which it was given.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and information presented during checkout, form the agreement between WAFORA and the customer regarding the relevant purchase.
Where product-specific terms or mandatory laws conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms or mandatory laws will apply to the extent required.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- Our services
- Website functionality
- Business practices
- Legal requirements
- Payment or fulfilment arrangements
The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
